In just one step, you will be relaxing sooner than you think, fill a mesh or organza bag or you can freely pour the tea in hot bath water and relax while you tune out the world.

Orders can take up to 3-7 days to process due to the nature of the products being made. If there is a problem, I will always be transparent and let you know if there is any problem. You'll also receive a notification when your order has been processed and shipped.

As much as I hope you'll love your purchases, I do understand things happen, I will try my best to fix anything that is wrong.

Returns

Due to the handcrafted nature, we do not accept returns. Our store credit policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a store credit.

Refunds (if applicable)

Please let us know immediately of any problem regarding your product(s) via email and we will send you a response to notify you whether you have been approved or rejected for a store credit.

If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or you will receive a code in the amount of your purchase, within 72 hours of resolution.

We do not give store credit for any customer errors such as providing the wrong address, however we can provide a discount in those cases for any future orders as we understand mistakes happens. Please make sure all information is correct so you can enjoy your products in a timely manner.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your store credit yet, first check your account or email again.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may receive store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot receive it.
